About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, analytical, and culturally curious Investment Analyst to join our investment team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to dive deep into the venture capital ecosystem. You will support the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio support—while gaining exposure to our global corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities
● Deal Sourcing & Research: Identify high-potential startups in sectors such as AI, HealthTech, Robotics, FinTech, and GreenTech through market research and networking.
● Due Diligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on potential investments, including financial modeling, competitive landscape mapping, and product evaluation.
● Investment Memos: Prepare and present investment recommendations and briefs to the Investment Committee.
● Strategic Support: Assist in the coordination and administration of the Startup World Cup, engaging with founders and regional partners globally.
● Investor Relations: Support business development and market research for our Corporate Limited Partners (LPs), helping them find strategic synergies with startups.
● Portfolio Management: Track the performance of current portfolio companies and assist them with global expansion and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Internships in VC, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a high-growth startup are a significant plus.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or VBA is a plus.
● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear investment theses.
● Mindset: A self-starter with a "no task too small" attitude. You must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and entrepreneurial environment.
● Global Interest: A deep passion for the Energy Sector and an interest in domestic/international markets.
